Factors of Motivation for Business Women in Success Boat 25

25 Factors of Motivation for Business Women in Success Boat

If you are like me, then you love inspiring, challenging, motivating, or even tough-love when it comes to famous quotes. You know how much I love quotes, especially ones that touch me deeply and inspire me to do bigger and greater things in my business. One of my favorites from 2011 is, “Champions have the courage to keep turning the pages because they know a better chapter lies ahead.” – Paula White
It is amazing how the words of others can really rock your world by resonating with your heart. We all have a favourite, so last week we asked –
What single quote is your all-time favourite, AND what makes it so powerful and meaningful for you
It was so exciting to see all the amazing quotes come pouring in. So many were new, mixed in with long-time favourites. I think the biggest gift to come out of this post is in the stories of why each quote is meaningful to the person who shared it. You will see in the comments below how words can really light someone up from the inside out, challenging them, inspiring them, motivating them to make a difference.

1. Things That Have Never Been

I begin each new year by giving considerable thought to the inspiration offered by Ranier Maria Rilke:

“And now let us believe in the long year that is given to us–clean, untouched, full of things that have never been.”

As I look back over the things that came to fruition in 2011, I find vocational-gratification in having opened several new accounts. And, on the avocational -side, there was gratification in having been one of 100 artist selected to decorate the White House this year. What are some of the things that have not yet been in your life, things that you hope to see reified in 2012?

Thanks to Dr. Marlene Caroselli of Center For Professional Development

2. Success Is Yours

I have 2 quotes for success that inspired and motivated me for 2011:

#1: “The question isn’t who is going to let me; it’s who is going to stop me.” – Ayn Rand

#2: “Why are you trying so hard to fit in when you were born to stand out?”

Thanks to Jonathan Kennedy Jr of Endeavor Capital, LLC

3. Risky ATTITUDE!

-Risk-
“Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go.”
—T.S. Elliot

It has never failed—when I’ve dared to go beyond my self-limiting fears, I find whole new worlds to explore.

Thanks to Randy Morrow of Keller Williams Realty–Divorce Specialist

4. Ever-Inspiring Oprah!

My favourite business quote comes from Oprah Winfrey –

“The big secret in life is that there is no big secret. Whatever your goal, you can get there if you’re willing to work.”

I find this quote inspirational because it is nice to know that working hard in business will eventually pay off!

Thanks to Christy Cook of Teach My

5. Innovate Or Die

My favorite quote from 2011 has been “Innovate or Die” or as my business partner puts it, “Adapt or Die”.

As an adventure tourism business that funds our nonprofit sled dog rescue, we watch the industry and constantly see that the businesses failing are the one that remain stagnant following the adage, “Take what is working and keep doing it”.

In today’s economy and with today’s changing expectations from our guests… it’s important to constantly innovate by offering new adventures every season for our repeat guests and to adapt by creating new, creative things (like rolling dogsled rides) when global warming throws different weather patterns our way. For 2011 that has been my quote to live by and has served me well!

Thanks to Karen Tolin of Muddy Paw Sled Dog Kennel, LLP

6. Let Us All Be “Inspiring Teachers”

My favorite quote for 2011 is:
“The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires.” – William A. Ward

Being a teacher myself, this has become my motto in 2011. However, this does not just apply for us professional teachers – because we all are teachers each and every day. Every encounter, every conversation with our loved ones, colleagues, friends, family, and especially our children, holds the opportunity to inspire them. Besides giving them unconditional love, to inspire another person is the most valuable gift we can give them. – So let us all be ‘inspiring teachers’ for one another. The world is in dire need of more inspired people who follow their dreams.

Thanks to Connie Merk of Heal Your Back Pain

7. It’s Not Just The Money

“If you work just for money, you’ll never make it, but if you love what you’re doing and you always put the customer first, success will be yours.” – Ray Kroc

Thanks to Barbara Goldberg of Back On Track Solutions

8. ON Power

“The new source of power is not money in the hands of a few, but information in the hands of many.” John Naisbitt

Clear Cause aspires to be the number one GO TO place to keep America’s children and students safe on programs abroad. We aspire to provide information to protect them that cannot be found anywhere else. We aspire to empower America’s next generation of world leaders with ‘wisdom’ at their fingertips in a SafeTY app – Safe Travailing Youth.

We aspire to get much needed information into the hands of many to keep them safe in a $17 billion federally unregulated youth travel, foreign exchange and study abroad industry.

Help us keep kids safe abroad – with your financial support.

Thanks to Sheryl Hill of ClearCause Foundation

9. Mystery As The Bridge To Faith

“Faith is a place of mystery, where we find the courage to believe in what we cannot see and the strength to let go of our fear of uncertainty.” – Brene Brown

Thanks to Maureen Daniek of Radiance Coaching And Consulting

10. Responsibility

“Some people want all of the privileges and none of the work.” – Derrick M. Guest, CEO of Griot’s Roll Film Production & Services Inc.

Thanks to Eula M. Young, COO of Griot’s Roll Film Production & Services Inc.

11. Our Job Is To Make It EASY

“With practice, we can make the impossible possible, the possible easy, and the easy elegant, until what we once thought impossible becomes so effortless that to others, it looks like magic.” – Andrea J. Lee – Wealthy Thought Leader

Thanks to Erin Ferree of BrandStyle Design

12. Faith?

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen…” – God (Holy Bible, Hebrews 11.1)

It takes faith (whether you believe in God or not) to get up every morning and fight the battle that is business.

Faith you’ll get the business, faith you’ll GET PAID (that is the point, right?) and faith you’ll be smart enough to out fox the wolves tomorrow.

How’s your faith?

Thanks to Michael Bremmer of Telecomquotes.com

13. We Can Learn A Lot From Children…

I love this quote from Pooh’s Most Grand Adventure: The Search For Christopher Robin,

“You’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.”

At times we all experience self-doubt, and this quote reminds us that we’re so much more than we give ourselves credit for.

Thanks to Holly Hanna of The Work At Home Woman

14. Inspired International Success

“We may have different backgrounds, but we believe in the same dream that says this is a country where anything’s possible. No matter who you are. No matter where you come from.” – Barack Obama.

This quote means a lot to me because both me and my business partner came from a communist country and made a profitable and growing business that employs folks around the world—all of whom are an integral part of our success.

Thanks to Michael Pesochinsky of Government Auctions.org

15. Timid Adventurers Need Not Apply

Entrepreneurs all have one thing in common (ok, guys have 2) and that’s balls. They don’t always have a clear idea of where they are going, or how to get there. What they do have is the gumption and the drive to finish what they started. And that means standing up to their fears, beard and all.

“When a resolute young fellow (lady) steps up to the great bully, the world, and takes him boldly by the beard, he is often surprised to find it comes off in his hand, and that it was only tied on to scare away the timid adventurers.” — Ralph Waldo Emerson

Thanks to Linda Pond of Linda Lee Pond

16. Remembering Steve Jobs

“I want to put a ding in the universe.” Steve Jobs

Boy did he ever! He touched almost everyone on every continent with his creativity and innovative products that were beautifully designed and fun to use. What a wonderful legacy he left for all of us.

Thanks to Paige Arnof-Fenn of Mavens & Moguls

17. Do One Thing Well

“We’re focused on doing one thing incredibly well. If you look at other companies, all of these companies are doing a lot of different things but we’re still, as we grow, doing exactly one thing,” – Facebook COO, Sheryl Sandberg.

This quote was exactly how our mentality was this year. We focus on getting people the best deals on the web. We don’t try to do anything flashy and we don’t step way out of our boundary—but what we do with our daily content is top-notch.

Thanks to Elik Aaron of SaleRacks

18. It Is What You See

“It’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what you see.”

Henry David Thoreau’s quote was a guiding force for iMADdu (I make a difference, do you?) operations in 2011. A canvas with this quote hangs in the office—a hanging reminder for us to refine our vision with each operational step that we take as a growing nonprofit. As ideas were brought to the table by new participants in the 12-week Student Apprenticeship Program, we were able to embrace change and innovation by appreciating the multiple perspectives on our team. In situations and opportunities in 2011, we became aware that our sight drove our vision. Thoreau’s quote inspires us to continually look for the bigger picture as we make a difference—to empower, inspire, and motivate more broadly than what we currently see.

Thanks to Mona Anita Olsen of iMADdu (I make a difference, do you?)

19. This Is My Thanksgiving

“The trouble with you and me my friend, is the trouble with this nation, too many blessings, too little Appreciation” – Don Henley from his song My Thanksgiving!

This past year I put Appreciation into practice in my business. It started with a willing partnership who united with me in this practice. The value I created for myself, our partnership and my well-being was extraordinary. I am happy. I have exciting profitable projects, and I am making a difference with women’s lives. I am Confidence, Beauty & Joy!

Appreciation is how I begin my day, a team meeting, or when I meet someone to be with. It brings so much warmth and love to everything you do, and it escalates the value of everything you do, people you meet and events you attend.

Thanks to Beverly Dombroski of BeverlyD Luxe Organic Hair

20. To Laugh Often

“And much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better, whether by healthy child. a garden patch or a deemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because YOU have lived. This is to have succeeded…” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

Success is measured by much more than the bottom line. This is when I know I am ALIVE, PLAYFUL,PROSPEROUS & LOVE!

Thanks to Maggie Love of Women’s Bedtime Stories

21. One Word

“Winning” – Charlie Sheen

This quote meant the world to the country and to our business. We have only been around for a few months, and in that time, we have managed to have a handful of megaprize giveaways, pump out multiple freebies for the public on a daily basis, and have generated close to 6,000 likes/followers on Facebook. And in that sense, we are really ‘Winning’.

Thanks to I. Aronovich of Awardable

22. We’re All On The Same Page

“Everyone is on the same page and putting their best foot forward.” – Wes Welker, New England Patriots.

Our office is one large cohesive unit. When we work together on any project, the outcome is always incredible. Like this quote says, we all seem to be on the same page—especially this year.

Thanks to Max Aronson of Government-Auctions-Guide

23. A Quote That Certainly Holds True

“You can never say all the tricks have been done. Someone always shows you something you didn’t know. Every year you think, ‘Gee, I didn’t think you could do that.” – Landon Curt Noll, a founder of the International Obfuscated C Code Contest.

This quote holds true for our business because we used to be one-dimensional during the first couple of months after we launched. Ever since then, we have constantly implemented new aspects to our business. Society is always changing and so are we.

Thanks to Eli Israel of Foreclosure Magic

24. One That Touched My Heart

“When the world says ‘Give up.’
Hope whispers, ‘Try it one more time.'”

Thanks to Sheila Duncan of Trouble The Dog

25. Racing Through Life My favorite quote:

“If everything seems under control, you’re just not going fast enough.” – Mario Andretti

It’s always been true, that I work more effectively when things seem a little crazy. As soon as things seem calm and under control, it usually means that not enough is getting accomplished, or I am not striving hard enough to reach my goals. Not that being out of control is recommended, but it’s important never to feel too comfortable.
Thanks to Jhan Dolphin of J Robert Consulting

Final words:

Writing Affirmations and Women Empowerment Techniques

There are a number of different techniques you can use to make your affirmations as powerful as possible. The goal with affirmations is to feel the truth in the statement you are affirming. Affirmations are reminders of the beliefs and values you want to live your life from. The more consistently you live from a place of affirmation, the more effortless habits and behaviors that support your goals become.

Writing Affirmations and Women Empowerment Techniques

Try a variety of the techniques below to see what feels the most authentic and effective to you.

I. Writing Affirmations

Writing your affirmations down adds power and action energy to what you are saying. Make your affirmations focused. The goal when writing affirmations is to make the words that you are using meaningful enough to evoke the feelings you desire to feel when your affirmation manifests.Click here to learn more about writing affirmations.

II. Repeat, Repeat, Repeat

Say your affirmations as often as you can. Each time you notice that you have slipped into old limiting, negative patterns of thinking, acknowledge your thoughts, and replace them with an affirmation. If you write them to be short and easy to remember repeating affirmations this way can quickly become habit.

You can post your affirmations to your fridge, car, bathroom mirror, anywhere that will prompt you to remember to take a moment to affirm the reality you are stepping into.

III. Visualization and Affirmations

Visualization and Affirmations are closely related. The more real we can make our affirmations, the easier it is for our minds to embrace how true they are. There are two main ways to visualize and increase the potency of your affirmations:

1.Visualize a natural image that compliments the statements you are making. For instance, when I use affirmations about abundance, I picture millions of stars in the sky, billions of grains of sand in a desert or countless drops of water in a waterfall. This gives my mind concrete examples that abundance in our natural state of being. It makes it more difficult for my mind to contradict abundance because I am showing myself that abundance does exist.

2. Visualize the outcome you would like to experience as a result of the affirmation. Include all of your senses in the affirmation. What will this reality look like? Taste like? Sound like? Smell like? Feel like? This is an easy way to get your feelings engaged with your affirmations. As you immerse yourself in your visualization, your feelings will bubble up to create the energy needed to bring about this new reality.

When I was affirming that my credit cards were paid off, I would visualize myself at a celebration dinner with Phillip. I knew where we would go, what I would order, what I would wear and most especially what I would feel: deep love free from worry. It worked.

To practice, try these visualization exercises.

IV. Write an Affirmation Letter

Sometimes you may find that your mind wanders when you try to focus on a goal just in your mind. Writing an affirmation letter can assist in generating the focus and details needed to create a new reality. There are many different types of letters you can write. I’ve listed a few examples below. Click here for additional information and writing prompts.
1. Write a letter to the Universe explaining what you would like to contribute to the world.

2. Write down what your ideal day would look like from sunrise to sunset.

3. Write a letter to your self explaining why it has been hard to achieve a goal. You might be very surprised about what comes out.

4. Write a letter to someone you admire about what qualities of theirs you would like to incorporate into your life.

V. Get Creative

Putting your affirmations into a picture or other work of art can be a tremendous way to add energy to your affirmations. Our actions on the physical plane have the most energy of anything we think or feel. That is why cooking dinner creates a meal quicker than thinking about dinner. Similarly, putting creative energy into your desires through action can jumpstart your motivation quicker than just thinking and speaking affirmations alone. Creative projects can include:

1. Painting or drawing your ideal life or a symbol for your ideal life.

2. Create a vision board or book.

3. Compose a piece of music.

4. Physically plant your dream in your yard & watch it grow.

5. Create a mockup of your book cover, album cover, newspaper ad or logo for your new business, etc…

VI. Smile

Smiling while you are saying affirmations brings fourth positive feelings almost immediately. You will be amazed at what a great mood you will be in when you start smiling.

VII. Feel the Energy Within

Eckhart Tolle presents a wonderful exercise in his book A New Earth. He asks his readers to feel the vibration in their hands. Take a moment now to sense if you can consciously feel the presence and vibration of your hands. To me, it feels almost like a light buzzing all throughout the inside of my palms and fingers. You can sense the same thing in your legs, torso, head, all over. This exercise is a wonderful reminder that we all creative energy. The energy that will create our desires is what moves within us now. It is powerful enough to power our body and it is powerful enough to change any circumstance we so desire.

A few months ago I had an echocardiogram. It was an astounding experience. As the technician moves the ultrasound over your heart you can see it beating on the screen, and at the same time, you hear your heart beat. I was blown over. My heart was working its butt off for me and I wasn’t even aware of it. Without any effort on my part, it was beating away, nonstop, to keep me alive. What a reminder of the power within me that is so much greater than I am.

As I was shown on the echocardiogram, and as you can feel in your hands, the entire Universe is active within us. Before you say your affirmations, take a minute to feel your hands and remind yourself that there is power within you and within your words.

VIII. Get a Positive Power Boost

Do you find that after you read or hear something about positive thinking you are fired up for change? This is because you have a moment of belief. Self-help Greats are masters at getting you motivated for change. They rouse our feelings of power so that, even if for a short while, we believe we can change our life.

Right after watching The Secret, I exclaimed, “That’s it, my life is changing.” I had been in a small rut and even though I believed in the power of my mind, I was in a valley of doubt. This was the most opportune time to visualize a new life because I knew that I could create it. My visualizations are always the most intense and emotion-engaged when I first affirm that I can change my life.

I encourage you to listen to a motivational CD, watch a motivational talk or read something that really gets you fired up before doing your visualization and affirmations. You will be astonished at how strongly you will be able to feel your affirmations.

IX. Take a Walk

Before or during your affirmations, walking in nature can be an inspiring act. Notice all of the miracles that surround you while you are walking. The colors and shapes of trees and flowers are beyond a doubt divinely created. Take the time to notice the precision and creativity in nature. Know that the force that guides each tree and flower while it is growing is the same force that is guiding your life.

X. Listen to Music

Music as an affirmation technique is a surefire way to get your emotions roused toward your intentions. You can say your affirmations before or during a piece of music and then let the music carry your feelings into your new reality. Music is wonderful because it gives your mind something to focus on rather than wander. Let your self sink into the melody, and with your eyes closed, let the music become the soundtrack to your new life.

I typically use classical or instrumental music as I prefer to choose the affirmations that I am saying rather than inadvertently affirm the lyrics of a particular song. Some of my favorites include:
Laura Berman Inspirational Music

Vivaldi - Four Seasons

Chopin - Fantaisie-Impromptu

Enya - Storms in Africa

Bach - Prelude in D Minor

Bach - Prelude in C

David Gray – January Rain

If you are a Bollywood lover , then must listen the melody of Mohd Rafi and Jagjit Singh

XI. Meditate

One of the frustrations with our minds is that we have a conscious mind and a unconscious mind. It is harder to influence our unconscious mind, and typically, that is the portion of our minds that controls the out-picturing of our reality. Change would be lightening quick if we only had to consciously choose to believe something. For change to really occur, you need to influence your unconscious mind. One way to accomplish this is through meditation. Meditating gives your mind a break from the steady stream of thoughts so that you can get in touch with the more intuitive and influential part of yourself.

If you allow time to meditate before saying your affirmations, your conscious mind will have stopped (or slowed) its barrage of thoughts so that the message you are instilling can get through to your subconscious and implant the new belief. There are numerous ways to meditate including:

1. Counting – count up, count down, count 1 to 10, count at each inhalation and each exhalation.

2. Meditate on a single word: peace, love, abundance, prosperity, joy…

3. Watch your body – watch your breath move in & out of your lungs.

4. Move through your body feeling the Universe vibrate within.

5. Use a guided meditation CD.

6. Meditate on your specific affirmation – repeat it over & over again.

XII. Focus on a single object.

Learning to meditate is a process. Our conscious minds do not easily release us from the grip of non-stop thinking. In the beginning it is especially important to pick a meditation that gives your conscious mind something to focus on. If your mind does wander, do not judge yourself, just observe your mind jump around & slowly guide it back to your focus point or saying.

Women Dress Code in Corporate World For Perfectful Business Presentation

Useful guide to the Corporate dress for women already working in the fast paced world of business. It's also a Guide to Professional Dress for an Interview as well.

Women Dress Code in Corporate World For Perfectful Business Presentation

Find out how to best dress for your entry-level, corporate, or creative job or that really important interview.

Be true to your personal style, know your body shape and style with colour and accessories. Don't be afraid to opt for a blouse instead of a shirt or a dress/skirt suit instead of a pant suit for a more softer look. Always wear a heel and hosiery, add a silk scarf or a gorgeous brooch.

Choose modern fabrics with classic cuts that compliment your shape. Take note of unique or asymmetrical necklines and stitching. Select creative statement accessories in line with 'wearable art'. Don't be shy of colour and use it to create maximum impact for example colour blocking i.e a vibrant jacket with a neutral bottom. If you wear glasses go for dramatic frames.

When selecting suits stay away from pattern that stands out too much i.e. wide pin stripes or checks or anything that will date.
Instead go for navy, black, charcoal, chocolate, grey or taupe.

Ensure you also have a suit to suit the season, so have a few options for summer (lighter fabrics) and winter (heavier fabrics).

Watch Video for Women Dress Code in Corporate World

Lengths of jackets are really important, always ensure it stops at the most flattering part of your body and minimises any imperfections.
Always go for a well tailored suit jacket, it should not be too tight nor too boxy and baggy.

If you are a curvy lady A-line, pleated or tulip style skirts and wide leg pants are your most flattering option.

If you have a straight up and down figure pencil skirts and straight leg pants are your best bottoms.

Ensure skirt lengths are flattering to your shape and are neither too short nor too long, if you are petite height you can wear a slightly shorter length.

Dresses are so great! You don't have to think about what goes with what, the hard work is done for you so don't be afraid to have a few dress options. My favourite dresses are the:
Pinafore: ideal for curvy figures
The wrap dress: ideal for any body shape
The shirt dress and belted dress: perfect for straight up and down body types, Smock neck dress: perfect for big busts
Structured and rouched dress: great for round body shapes.

Accessories reflect your personal style like nothing else in your wardrobe, so take the time to select these items very carefully and enjoy the creative process. If you decide to go for a statement necklace then balance it with a less statement earring and vice versa. Your accessories should look put together and be strategic placed to draw the eye to your most flattering feature.

Blouses and shirts should reflect your most complimentary neckline styles. If you have a small bust you can go for a more higher neckline, oriental, round, cowl or and v-neck styles are all fine.

If you have a fuller top section opt for a medium v-neck, cowl neck or scoop neck, not too low and not too high as it will emphasise your bust more.

Select colour that compliments your skin tone, eyes and hair. If you have more golden skin you can wear warmer hues such as chocolate, orange & cream.

If you have dark features you look great in strong contrasting colours such as black, white and red.

For those that have a fair complexion opt for mid tones of navy, grey and lavender.
Avoid wearing bold patterns as it can take over your look and always wear a contrasting colour to the backdrop.

You should always dress in how you feel, be honest with yourself and take a look at your body and ask yourself is this me?

The only difference in your wardrobe as you age is the lengths of your skirts/dresses need to be a little bit longer, the necklines a little higher, perhaps a little sleeve rather than sleeveless and your heels a little lower.
Also, take care in selecting your undergarments and fabrics go for quality rather than quantity.

Women Celebrities Who Were Victims of Domestic Violence in Real Lives

The silver screen is not that rosy after all. In a movie-crazy nation, where people look up to celebrities for their passionate and enduring love stories, it is quite shocking to hear stories about domestic violence and abuse prevalent in the film industry. And it is not just Bollywood actresses who have been victims of such heinous cases; celebrities in Hollywood too have suffered the same over the years. Here are some celebrities who have been victims of domestic violence and physical abuse.

Women Celebrities Who Were Victims of Domestic Violence in Real Lives

1. Dimpy Ganguli: In 2010, a while after Kolkata model Dimpy Ganguly married Rahul Mahajan on national TV, she came out in public about their abusive relationship. Apparently, she was ‘kicked and punched’ by her husband following a trivial argument. This was not the first time he was accused of the same, as Mahajan’s ex-wife Shweta Singh had also charged him of hitting her several times.

2. Zeenat Aman: Zeenat Aman is one of those actresses who was open about her sexuality in the 70s. Her story is rare and heart-rending. She was in an abusive relationship with actor Sanjay Khan who hit her following which she suffered a severe eye injury, thereby making it public. Her marriage to actor Mazhar Khan was also an unfortunate one as Zeenat Aman continued to face the trauma of an abusive husband until he died of cancer.

3. Yukta Mookhey: Yukta Mookhey filed a complaint against her husband Prince Tulli in October last year accusing him of beating her. The former Miss Universe charged him for domestic violence saying her husband would often beat her up.
4. Somy Ali: Salman Khan’s ex-girlfriend Somy Ali admitted that she wanted to marry the Bollywood actor in the 1990s. But what seemed to be a rosy affair ended due to Salman’s abusive nature. Somy Ali later moved to the US and now runs a non-profit organisation that rescues battered women and victims of abuse.
5. Sabah Galadari: In 2009, Pakistani singer Adnan Sami was booked for abusing his wife Sabah in Mumbai. Sabah went on to complain against her husband saying he hurt her with a cigarette butt. The couple reportedly got divorced after a three-year long ordeal.
6. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan: Everyone has heard of Salman Khan’s abusive nature, and none of his girlfriends have been spared including Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. The actress openly admitted at the Cannes Festival before the screening of her film Provoked that she was physically abused and stalked by the actor.
7. Kangna Ranaut: When Bollywood actress Kangna Ranaut first came to Mumbai, she was helped and shown the way by actor Aditya Pancholi. A short affair followed with the already married actor who was then charged of domestic violence by Kangna.
8. Shweta Tiwari: TV actress Shweta Tiwari suffered an abusive marriage with actor Raja Chaudhary who hit her repeatedly and even threatened to kill their daughter! An alcoholic, Raja confessed to Shweta about his affair with another actress. The couple is now divorced.
10. Madonna: Singer-actress Madonna was subject to domestic violence from ex-husband Sean Penn in 1988. The couple divorced and Penn was alleged to have had violent outbursts towards his wife.
